It all takes place at Spreetail, whose cool new office digs in downtown Austin were recently designed by Perkins+Will. There will be locally sourced spirits from Treaty Oak, live music from Mobley, tacos from The Peached Tortilla, and special guests from our favorite local non-profit animal clinic, Emancipet.

One-man show Mobley writes, produces and performs all his music, including every instrument. His live show consists of the artist moving from keys and synth pads, to the drums, to guitar and back again. He remains his cool throughout it all, never once breaking a sweat or his concentration.
Mobley has been nominated this year by Austin Music Awards for Album of the Year and for Best Male Vocalist. Listen to one of his top hits below.
A retail start-up on the cutting edge of e-commerce, Spreetail is committed to fostering a work environment that celebrates what makes its organization great—its people. In 2017, Spreetail partnered with Perkins+Will to design a new workplace in downtown Austin, Texas—transforming a former bar in a prominent historic building into a dynamic space that would support a growing team and build upon the company’s culture. Spanning three levels, the new Spreetail office features bold and branded design complemented by a host of state-of-the-art amenities. Founded in 2006 in Lincoln, Nebraska, Spreetail now has offices and fulfillment centers in eight cities and six states.
Treaty Oak Distilling was founded in 2006 by Daniel Barnes, at the time it was only the fourth distillery operating in Texas. Barnes named the distillery after the famous 500-year old tree in Austin, under which Stephen F. Austin signed agreements defining the borders of Texas. Acknowledging the original name of Austin, Treaty Oak named their gins Waterloo. In 2016, Daniel headed the expansion of Treaty Oak by moving to the 28-acre property in Dripping Springs, Texas, that is now open to the public for food and beverage service, as well live music, a ground breaking Cocktail Lab, and room for the ever expanding whiskey and gin production.
Emancipet is a nonprofit on a mission to make high-quality spay and neuter services, as well as general veterinary care, affordable and accessible to all pet owners. Since 1999, Emancipet has spayed or neutered nearly 325,000 dogs and cats, and in 2018 cared for more than 100,000 pets. In addition to managing an expanding national network of high-quality, low-cost clinics, the nonprofit offers customized training and consulting programs to animal welfare organizations nationwide, and advocates for strategies and public policy that improve the lives of pets in underserved communities. In 2017, Perkins+Will donated time, knowledge, and hands-on design services to bring Emancipet’s new Austin clinic to life.
